Privacy Policy
General Information
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of legal provisions (especially GDPR, BDSG). We want you to know when we collect which data and how we use it.
Technical and organizational measures have been taken to ensure that data protection regulations are observed by both us and our service providers.
As we develop our websites and implement new technologies, changes to this privacy policy may also be necessary. We therefore recommend that you read this privacy policy again from time to time.
Within the framework of processing on our behalf, a third-party provider provides us with services for hosting and displaying the website. All data collected as described below in the context of using this website is processed on their servers. Processing on other servers only takes place within the framework explained here. This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.
Collection of Personal Data
Personal data is collected by us in the following scenarios:
Communication via Email
If you contact us by email, your provided data - if necessary - will be stored with us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. Incoming and outgoing emails are archived in a revision-proof manner and stored according to the "Principles for the proper management and storage of books, records and documents in electronic form and for data access" (GoBD) until the expiry of the statutory retention period.
Newsletter Subscription
You have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter BKZSH via our website. The subscription becomes active immediately and your email address will be stored in the corresponding mailing list on our mail server for the duration of the subscription. You can cancel the newsletter subscription at any time. Simply send an email to info@bkzsh.de. We will then delete your data from the newsletter distribution list.
Linking and Sharing of Personal Data
Your personal data will not be linked or compared with other data, but will only be used for the purpose you have requested. If storage is necessary to provide the desired purpose, your information will be stored on a server in Germany. Unless legal regulations prevent this, your data will be deleted after the final completion of your request.
Data that has been logged when accessing this internet offer will only be transmitted to third parties outside of BKZSH if we are legally obligated to do so or by court decision, or if the transfer is necessary for legal or criminal prosecution in case of attacks on BKZSH's internet infrastructure. No transfer for other non-commercial or commercial purposes takes place.
We use the personal information you enter only for the purpose you have requested within BKZSH and transmit it to third parties only if you have consented to the transmission (e.g., exhibitors or co-organizers at events). You can revoke this consent at any time by email to info@bkzsh.de.
Our website uses so-called cookies. A cookie is a text file that is generated by the server of the website and sent to the user's internet browser.
The website uses session cookies. Session cookies store a sequence of numbers to identify the user (ID). The web server needs this ID, for example, to retain already filled form fields or set map options. The session cookie loses its validity when the internet browser is closed and is automatically deleted.
The option of whether you accept other cookies or not must also be stored in a cookie.
Most browsers are set to automatically accept cookies. You can set your browser to decide on acceptance on a case-by-case basis or to generally exclude the acceptance of cookies; however, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.
Use of Google reCaptcha
We use the Google service reCaptcha to determine whether input is made by a natural person or abusively through machine and automated processing. Google checks whether you are a human or a computer based on the following data: IP address of the device used, the website you visit with us and on which the captcha is integrated, the date and duration of the visit, the identification data of the browser and operating system type used, Google account if you are logged into Google, mouse movements on the reCaptcha areas and possibly other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service. The legal basis for the described data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f General Data Protection Regulation. There is a legitimate interest on our part in this data processing to ensure the security of our website and to protect us from automated inputs (attacks).
